GOAL:
How do you Procopy a DB using a new structure (.st) file .
FIX:
If you wish to procopy a database and have a new structure layout of the database extents you need to create the new database first, then procopy into the new database.
1) Create the new structure (.st) file.
2) Prostrct create <newDatabase> <new .st file>
3) procopy <oldDatabase> <newDatabase>
