FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
The WebClient application upgrade is not seen by the client PC
The cab files are generated using the WebClient Assembler
CAUSE:
When existing cab files are re-generated there is no record of changes to an application, therefore the client PC will not download the new cab files.
FIX:
When changes are made to an application, a new version of the cab files needs to be generated.
The client will then see that there has been a change to the application and download the upgrade.
If an existing version of the cab files is re-generated, the client machine won't see that the application has changed.
Inside the WebClient Application Assembler Generate Dialog Box there are 2 options under "Version to Generate".
Select "New Version" if changes have been made to the application.
