Error message appears at end of installation process

Installation seems to be complete despite displayed message
CHANGE:
Removed 8.1A and installed 8.3E on WINNT
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing but appears to be related the installation taking place on a machine that held a previous Progress installation. The error message does not appear on a clean Windows machine, that is, no previous Progress 8.X installations.
FIX:
Message may be ignored as product performs as expected.
