Dynamic Widgets Overlaying Text Widgets In Character Mode

DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.

INTRODUCTION:
=============
If dynamic fill-in widgets are made visible before being positioned in
static frame, any dynamic text widgets functioning as side-labels can
be overwritten. This occurs only in a character environment.

WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
Text widgets may appear to be truncated or overwritten by other
widgets.

PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================

The order in which the attributes are created for the fill-in is
important. If the object is made visible, it is created first in a
default position and this may overlay all or part of the text widget.
When the objects are moved to the specified location, the text widgets
are not redrawn. The solution to this problem is to set
visible equal to true as the last attribute that is specified.
