FIX:
When installing WebClient on a client PC, you're given the option of
choosing where WebClient and the application will be installed.
The installation of WebClient must also place files in the "Program
Files\Common Files" folder. And, it might also install DLL files
under the "Windows" directory depending on how current the installed
DLL file is on the client PC.
