FACT(s) (Environment):
Can't log into the Technical Support WEB site (i.e. TechWeb, TechSupport Direct)
SYMPTOM(s):
Get the following warning: "You have not yet logged in."
CAUSE:
Microsoft IE 6.0 had the 'privacy' setting at "high".
FIX:
Reduce the Privacy level within Microsoft IE 6.0 to "med high" then it works.
