SYMPTOM(s):
Created a Progress Window that contains an image widget.
Either the MOVE-TO-TOP or MOVE-TO-BOTTOM Method was called on the image widget.
Overlaying the Progress Window that contains the image widget with another Progress Window or a non-Progress Windows Application (i.e. Notepad).
The image on the overlaid Window does not get repainted.
