GOAL:
How can I install Progress Service Pack 7 on the file server

FIX:
Run setup.exe of the Service Pack to start the installation Utility on
the client PC.
Important is that the DLC variable is set and the network drive containing Progress mapped properly. See DLC\Readme.pro: RN#: 091D-00244
If the installation of the client was done using NETSETUP than the
necessary registry entries are made and the installation utility
of the service pack will detect the directory Progress is installed on the file server.
