SYMPTOM(s):
Defining a temp-table that contains a CLOB field.
Calling the GET-CODEPAGE function on the temp-table CLOB field.
GET-CODEPAGE is not returning the correct result.
GET-CODEPAGE returns a blank code page for the temp-table CLOB.
The correct code page is returned by GET-CODEPAGE for a LONGCHAR variable.
