FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot update Other Tasks in ProControl
Receive error saying cannot updated Registry key root when they select Other Tasks in ProControl
Cannot see PSC entry in registry to look at permissions for the Key
CAUSE:
Permissions issue with regards to user account. Did not have access to view or see PSC Key in the registry.
FIX:
Add user to administrator group.
