Antivirus running during installation
CAUSE:
It is likely that during your installation your antivirus package may have interfered with the installation and possible corrupted the files (innoculated them and perhaps changed their checksum value).
FIX:
Uninstall Progress
De-Activate your Antivirus application
Re-Install Progresss
