FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
Progress 9.1D
SYMPTOM(s):
The Procedure Editor's color coding for keywords (blue lettering) and automatic END statements (when a FOR statement is typed) are disabled.
Progress Query/RESULTS license is installed on the Win32 box when the problem occurs.
Problem occurs when the Progress Procedure Editor is started using the following target line: "C:\Program Files\PROGRESS\bin\prowin32.exe" -rq
FIX:
The color-coded editor is enabled only when running the full development environment (PROGRESS = "Full"). This restriction is in accordance with our licensing agreement with a third party vendor that supplies the editor software.
