SYMPTOM(s):
Stopping the database during creation of index
starting database after emergency stop
Begin Physical Undo transactions at block offset (7163)
CAUSE:
Undo of all transactions is processing
FIX:
To make a quick startup of the database:
1 - truncate bi -F
2 - Make the indexes unavailable from Data Dictionary
3 - start database
4 - make an idxfix option 3 on line
