GOAL:
Is it possible to add a scroll bar when the image being loaded is bigger
than the image object size to avoid having the image truncated?
FIX:
Progress 4GL does not have a native method to add a scroll bar when the image being loaded is bigger than its object.
There may be a third party OCX with such capabilities that may be embedded in the application window to provide the required functionality.
