SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer plugin's will not start.
AdminServer starts, and returns a status of Alive.
AppServer fails to start.
Exception : java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError
Message (excp): $DLC/bin/jni_util.dll: load ENOENT on shared library(s) libjutil.so
Stack Trace:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: $DLC/bin/jni_util.dll: load ENOENT on shared library(s) libjutil.so
ENOENT is also errno=2 which relates to no such file or directory.
NameServer fails to start
Unable to connect to NS1 (8289)
Unable to find NS1 (8281)
The java information in the jav_env is correct.
java version returns java 1.3.1

CAUSE:
Bug# 20040113-021
CAUSE:
JDK defect - see on IBM site looking for APAR IY33957
FIX:
1. Shutdown the AdminServer.
2. Obtain and install the latest JVM 1.3.1 from IBM site and restart the AdminServer.
JVM 1.3.1 has been certified since 9.1D06 - Please check following Progress Solution, P100134 - "What is the required JVM version for Progress 9.1E on IBM AIX"
