java.io.InterruptedIOException:
Accept timed out
Agents fail to start and the broker dies.
CAUSE:
The error can be caused by a corrupt web-disp.p (or similar - some customers are using their own modified web-disp.p).
FIX:
Restore the original web-disp.p (web\objects\).
