SYMPTOM(s):
Why two empty, never-used variable extents differ in size?
Some empty and never-used variable extents have size 32 768 and some 131 072
Database block size is 8192
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
All Supported Operating Systems
CAUSE:
Variable extents created by "prostrct create" have the initial size of 32 768 and variable extents created by "prostrct add" have the initial size of 131 072.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or later
