SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to open Wordpad editor from within a Progress session
Using OS-COMMAND wordpad.exe to open the editor
CAUSE:
wordpad.exe file cannot be found always into the system PATH
FIX:
Use write.exe to start Wordpad editor
i.e OS-COMMAND [NO-WAIT] VALUE( "write.exe myfile.txt" ).
