DOC: Incorrect usage types for I18N parameters
Progress version 7.3 and 8.0 System Administration Reference
lists wrong Usage Types for internationalization parameters.
Most of them are listed as CC (Client connection) when they
in fact should be CS (Client Session) and/or SV (Server).
The following parameters are session startup parameters,
most for both client and server. They cannot be used as
database connection parameters.
