SYMPTOM(s):
Database is down.
Can connect in single-user mode.
Database Server can be started
Other background processes are started using a script
Connection in Multiuser mode causes error
SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)
CAUSE:
Background processes in the script are causing conflict.
FIX:
Start dbase on command line with Proserve <dbname>
Then connect to dbase in multiuser mode
