SYMPTOM(s):
The database appears not to shut down with Proshut command.
Multiple dbase environment
Client connections in Limbo
CAUSE:
The dbase has too many client processes in limbo and the shut down is actually just taking too long to shut down.
FIX:
Run a Proshut -F
