Bug# OE00095986
CAUSE:
It is in fact the vertical scrollbar that doesn't behave as it should. Scroll up with the keyboard and the remaining records will scroll into the viewport.
FIX:
Workaround:
Add
APPLY 'END' TO [browse-name].
after
[browse-name]:DELETE-SELECTED-ROWS().
