Could not find the entrypoint _MonitorFromWindow@8. (3260)
Windows NT SP6
CAUSE:
One OCX was calling MonitorFromWindow in User32.dll.
MonitorFromWindow was added to User32.dll starting with Win2000 and Win98. It is not available in Win NT
FIX:
Upgrade to Win2000 or later
