Dynamics gshWebManager always is NULL.
In the "progress dynamics API reference" it states that The handle of the request manager ry/app/ryreqsrvp.p is stored in the global shared variable gshWebManager but this handle always is NULL.
CAUSE:
Known issue.
FIX:
Use the 'Manager Type Control' option from the Administration Menu to set the static handle combo from 'No static handle' to gshWebManager. Save the change and then re-generate the icfconfig.xml file.
