Roundtable cannot deploy encrypted source code -T param
In GUI V8.0A02 Roundtable, if the -T parameter is specified on the
command line when starting up the Roundtable client, Roundtable
will not be able to deploy encrypted source code. The deployment
process will not place the encryped source into the OS deployment
directories. No errors are displayed.
This happens on Win 3.1 and Win95 on Progress v8.0A02 and Roundtable
V8.0A02.
The -T parameter redirects where temporary files are written.
This is bug 96-06-13-035.
