SYMPTOM(s):
Getting JAVA Exception errors when running Progress Explorer after installing additional Progress products.
CAUSE:
You previously had a Progress Service Pack installed, but have now overwritten many of the files with those from the original installation media.
FIX:
Re-install the Progress Service Pack.
