Begin Physical Redo Phase at <current address>. (5326)
OS tools report no CPU time for the process (_mproserv or _progres) and 50% I/O wait, 50% CPU idle.
Using OS tool to copy the bi file (one or more extents) fails

CAUSE:
File access issue
FIX:
Fix file access issue from OS level. In this case, restarting HP-UX auto-RAID fixed the problem
