FIX:
There are two types of PSDN licenses:
PSDN Professional:
This product does not contain the AppServer or Secure AppServer product. However, it does contain a 2 user development AppServer license that is built into the ProVISION Plus license. This license allows you to start a maximum of 2 non-secure AppServers to use for development.
PSDN Premier:
This product does contain the Secure AppServer product, and therefore includes the AppServer product. PSDN Premier started to include the Secure AppServer product for both 9.1D and OpenEdge 10.0A, starting at the beginning of January 2004.
