SYMPTOM(s):
Error 6019 followed by 5804 with the Webspeed broker
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -66
Errors 6019 and 5825 when WService is specified in the URL
Msngr: the specified service name does not exist or has a bad format. (5825)
Restarted the broker but still the problem persists
Created uuid using genuuid and pasted to the ubroker.properties file
The detail tab of the NameServer Shows that one of the two brokers is registered but does not have any uuid associated with the broker.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The web server and the messenger is outside the firewall
Broker status displays the broker is active
NameServer Status Displays the NameServer is Running

CAUSE:
The Broker was not properly registered with the NameServer because broker did not have UUID associated with the broker.
FIX:
Backup the existing broker so all the properties can be looked at. Replace the ubroker.properties file with the ubroker.properties.template and create all the required brokers using the progress explorer. Reference the old ubroker.properties file for all the properties that are needed.
