SYMPTOM(s):
Error 'replinit:replinit variable must be set' when starting the AdminServer.
CAUSE:
An uninstall of Fathom Replication left behind the repl_env in the $DLC/bin directory.
When the AdminServer starts, it checks to see if the Replication environment file exists (repl_env). If it does, it tries to run it.
Doing so results in the above error because all other Fathom files/components have since been removed by the uninstall.
FIX:
Remove/rename the repl_env file from the $DLC/bin directory.
