Query does not return all records on UNIX platform
Query returns all records normally on Windows platform
Query with RIGHT OUTER JOIN
Query includes outer joins using syntax "(+)="
A key column in the query has zero values
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Apply Progress 9.1D service pack 07 or later, where this issue no longer presents.
