In reality the BI file is far smaller than 90% of the bithold value
-bithold parameter has been set to a large value (between 456 and 2000)
CAUSE:
Bug 20000306-016
FIX:
This is only a cosmetic problem, it does not cause the db to go down or stall.
It has been fixed in Progress version 8.3C and 9.1B.
