"The first character of <name> must be alphabetic"
Cannot create a database using prodb
Cannot use prostrc after changing database name
CAUSE:
Error checking has been added and therefore database names beginning with a numeric character are not allowed in version 9.1x or later. Even though this is possible in earlier versions, it can cause problems and is not recommended.
FIX:
Change your database name to begin with an alphabetic character.
