Connecting from Windows client to database on UNIX
CAUSE:
One cause can be that the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set on the UNIX machine.
FIX:
Set the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$DLC/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
