FACT(s) (Environment):
ServletExec 4.2
SYMPTOM(s):
Getting error "page can not be found" after attempting to configure Servlet Exec and AIA
Servlet name and Instance name defined as the same
"http://localhost/aia/Aia" page not reachable when attempt to validate AIA configuration
CAUSE:
When configuring AIA the recommendation is to have the servlet named AIA and the instance named Aia1.
If you choose to define the servlet and the instance as the same then Servlet Exec does not correctly launch the servlet.
FIX:
Do not have the Servlet name be the same as the InstanceName
