The addBatch method returns 'driver does not support this function' exception when it is given a parameter.
Running a JDBC application.
driver does not support this function
CAUSE:
According to the Java 2 SDK 1.3 and 1.4.1 documentation this method is optional.
FIX:
There is currently an enhancement request (Bug# 20031002-014) for this issue.
