Using ADM1
Parenting a child window to another minimized child window
Newly created child window does not display (it is minimized)
CAUSE:
The ADM1 support code is incorrectly handling the scenario where the ADM-PARENT attribute is set to that of a minimized window
FIX:
Modify the application code to detect if the window that the newly created window is going to be parented to is minimized and if so, assign the ADM-PARENT attribute to some other window
