Webspeed Broker is set to stateless
CHANGE:
Upgrading to Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
State Aware support has been reimplemented for 9.1D as an optional component.
By default the feature is active.
FIX:
To deactivate support, you need to create a STATE_AWARE_ENABLED Environment Variable in Broker/Agent Properties, either by using the Progress Explorer or editing the ubroker.properties file directly. The value should be set to "no" (without the quotes)."
