PRODEBUG.EXE - 4106 - debugger will not start err=2
PRODEBUG.EXE -lw 4C7F:0000 cannot be executed. ERR=2
unable to startup PROGRESS Debugger (4106)
This error indicates that you are missing wingate.dll from your
windows directory.
The application debugger cannot be started, either from the desktop,
from the UIB->compile menu, or compile -> debug in the editor.
The dll can be found in the dlc\winfiles directory.
