Cannot access the <name> attribute because the
widget does not exist (3140)
CAUSE:
The Dynamics session was started using the 'Dynamics Development' icon instead of the 'Dynamics Development with AppServer' icon
FIX:
Restart Dynamics using the 'Dynamics Development with AppServer' icon
