FIX:
Starting October 1, 1995 the number of users is not counted by the number of database connections. The number of users is determined by the number of physical display devices being used. As long as the application database connection and the report engine database connection are on the same PC, it only counts as one user.
Therefore it is possible that the number of connections to the database (limited by the -n starting parameter) is bigger than the number of licensed user.
