DLL Error : <dllerror> (8014)
The proxml.dll or libproxml.so was missing or incomplete or XML could not be initialized. (9088)
CAUSE:
XML is not supported on DG/UX
FIX:
Due to the lack of C++ runtime libraries being available for the DG/UX platform XML will not be able to be supported
