FIX:
The RFUTIL command will not execute if a database is in single user mode. If the database is not in single user mode the an rfopendb command is issued against the database and it is opened in single user mode and the Qualifier AIMAGE EXTENT LIST is executed.
The database is opened in this way to prevent some other process from trying to start the database and effect the validity of the information being generated by the rfutil report.
When the database is opened the date time stamps are updated.
