Error 10016 when pinging the WebSpeed broker
Unable to load jutil dynamic library, error -1 (10016)
FACT(s) (Environment):
The error message is apparent when pinging the WebSpeed broker through the URL:
http://localhost/cgi-bin/wspd_cgi.sh/WService=wsbroker1/ping
Broker status displays that the broker is running
Progress installation directory is renamed from from 9.1D to 9.1D06
The wspd_cgi.sh script had the $DLC pointing to 9.1D

CHANGE:
Upgraded the patch level from 9.1D to 9.1D06
CAUSE:
The wspd_cgi.sh script file was pointing to a wrong path to invoke the cgiip.exe messenger since the progress installation directory name was changed.
FIX:
Change the $DLC path in the wspd_cgi.sh script file to point to the right progress installation directory.
