Login refused; client has version 800 & server has version13
Customers who report this error, are more than likely pointing to the
wrong DataServer. If they have Version 6 DataServer and Version 7
DataServer -- have them check the CL programs in the library to verify
the correct library name.
This error is a Version 8 client pointing to a Version 6 DataServer.
