CODEBASE-LOCATOR attribute <attribute-name> is unavailable - WebClient could not properly set up or use the security cache (9460)
Using WebClient 9.1D06
WebClient application initially installed on Windows 2000 SP1
Error 9460 appeared during the application upgrade after applying the Windows 2000 SP2, SP3 or SP4
CHANGE:
Applied Windows 2000 Service Pack 2, 3 or 4
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reinstall the WebClient application.
