SYMPTOM(s):
Files in use message when trying to install a Progress Service Pack
File in use errors related to jutil.dll, progress.zip, and other files that look to be related to Java.
CAUSE:
You have not stopped the AdminService service.
FIX:
Go into Control Panel -> Services (sometimes it is Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Services).
Select the "AdminService for PROGRESS x.xx" service and click the stop button, wait approximately 1 minute for all of the related processes to finish, then retry the service pack installation.
