Service Pack installation fails
versioninfo.dll file has size of 0.
Unable to load <Progress installdir/bin>/versioninfo.dll
CAUSE:
The versioninfo.dll file is corrupted.
FIX:
Replace the versioninfo.dll.
Go to another machine where the same version of Progress is installed and copy the file over to the problem machine.
