SYMPTOM(s):
Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. <BR>Verify that the service has been started. <BR>Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804) Error -67
The WSbroker is registered with the with the default NameServer NS1
The default NameServer NS1 is running
The WSMessenger is registered with newly created NameServer
Error 6019 followed by 5804 with the Webspeed broker

Cannot connect to name server from cgiip messenger
CAUSE:
The controlling NameServer is set to the default NameServer (NS1) for the WSbroker and the Messenger is also registered with the default NameServer but with newly created NameServer's port number. Therefore, the Messenger could not find the registered NameServer, resulting in the Application Service WService=<broker_name> was not found which caused the above error to be displayed
FIX:
Select the appropriate controlling NameServer, hostname and portnumber in the remote Messenger properties
