Cannot Read VersionInfo
Unable to get version info from "/dlc" directory.
Service pack HP 64-bit was downloaded
Service pack HP 64-bit is being applied
Port number for current installation is port_number= 34
Media ID for current installation is media_id = 173
CAUSE:
Trying to install at 64-bit SP on a 32 bit installation of Progress.
FIX:
Must download the 32-bit SP and install it on a 32-bit Progress installation
